You will need to take a few items to initial visit:

1. Valid ID or Driver’s License

2. Proof of Social Security(Social Security Card, W-2, Tax Form)

3. Proof of Address(Piece of mail dated last 60 days, lease, utility bill, etc)

After pre-registration via instructions per text or email and preparing your documents, please visit your donation center to get started. Allow extra time for initial visit. Drink plenty of water the 24 hours prior to visit.
